Supervision

Service Description

I am currently a Supervisor-in-training, working on a Diploma in Supervision from the Centre for Supervision and Team Development (CSTD). I am able to offer non-clinical supervision to other coaches, leaders or anyone who feels they would benefit from having a safe, independent space to discuss their working practices. Supervision is different to coaching, in that it allows for the practitioner to explore their decision making processes and seek advice in a supportive and neutral environment. As Hawkins and McMahon state, 'it can give us a chance to engage in the search for new options, to discover the learning that often emerges from the most difficult situations, and to seek support.' (Hawkins & McMahon, 2020). Please note, session are offered at a discounted rate during my training but will be reviewed upon qualification. All supervision offered is in line with Association for Coaching guidelines and I have my own independent Supervisor.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 4 hours in advance. Otherwise, all sessions will be charged and rescheduled session times cannot be guaranteed.
